As a conference centre and event location,
VILLA RISSEN offers a wide range of possibilities for your conferences, seminars or other events.
Our nine convention rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art conference and
presentation technology and can accommodate 10 to 140 guests.
The rooms can be combined to provide space for up to 300 people to attend receptions, product presentations or other large-scale events. The rooms are accessible for those with additional access requirements.
During your events, our professional staff will advise you and be on hand to help and support you and your guests on-site. We would also be happy to prepare custom-made programmes for your events.
Location
A place for ideas, communication and encounters, VILLA RISSEN is only 30 minutes away from the city of Hamburg, but still surrounded by greenery. It is thus the perfect place for undisturbed conferences and lively parties.
Our rooms offer a relaxing view of the park and surrounding grounds and have a number of roof terraces,
that, when the sun is shining, provide a place for creative breaks.
Conference rate
from 15 attendees
- all-day, including lunch: 66.50 € per person (tax included)
- half-day*, including lunch: 56.50 € per person (tax included)
The business all-inclusive prices include:
- Coffee, tea and snacks on arrival
- Rent of one seminar room, size appropriate to the number of guests and with seating arrangements as required
- Standard technical equipment: 1 projector, 1 screen, 1 moderation suitcase 1 pin board, 1 flip chart
- Wifi for all attendees
- Three-course lunch from the buffet, including mineral water
- Coffee and snacks in the morning and afternoon
- Unlimited mineral water in seminar rooms
* Our half-day packages are valid for 4.5 hours each
for the period from 8:00 to 12:30 or from 13:30 to 18:00
